  • Take a large mixing bowl and add Bajra flour, Rice flour, Semolina, finely chopped onion, green chilli, and ginger paste.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add water gradually and whisk well to make a smooth and lump-free batter. The consistency of the batter should be similar to that of a pancake batter.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • After resting the batter, give it a good mix and check the consistency. If the batter is too thick, add some water to adjust the consistency.
  • Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the tawa is hot, take a ladleful of batter and pour it on the tawa. Spread the batter gently in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
