  • 500g pasta

  • 500g boneless chicken
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the pasta and keep aside.
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry the onions until they turn golden brown.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes turn mushy.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Add the garam masala powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cream to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • In another pan, melt the remaining butter and add the cooked pasta. Toss the pasta in the melted butter for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the butter chicken to the pasta and mix well.
  • Serve hot with a sprinkle of chopped coriander leaves.
