Chocolate Frozen Phirni is a delicious twist on the traditional Indian dessert, Phirni. It is a rich and creamy dessert that is perfect for hot summer days. This dessert is easy to make and requires only a few ingredients. Here’s how you can make Chocolate Frozen Phirni at home:

Here is a breakfast recipe that is easy to prepare and delicious to eat.

  • 1 litre of full-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup of basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing

  • Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Drain the water from the rice and grind it to a coarse paste in a blender or food processor. Add 1/4 cup of milk to the rice paste and mix well.
  • Heat the remaining milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat. Add the rice paste and stir well.
  • Cook the mixture on low heat for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the mixture thickens. Stir frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • Add sugar and salt to the mixture and stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips to the mixture and stir well. Keep stirring until the chocolate chips melt completely and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a blender and blend it until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a large bowl or individual serving bowls and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the mixture becomes firm.
  • Once the Chocolate Frozen Phirni is frozen, take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and serve cold.
  • Enjoy your delicious and refreshing Chocolate Frozen Phirni!
