  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  • To make Pahadi Kairi Ki Chutney, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • Add chopped onions and green chilies and sauté until onions turn translucent.
  • Add grated raw mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add jaggery and stir well until it melts and blends with the chutney.
