  • 2 cups of milk powder
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp of rose water
  • Food colors (pink, yellow, green)


  • In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add the milk powder and stir until it turns slightly brown.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix well.
  • Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Add the cardamom powder and rose water and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
  • Add a few drops of pink food color to one part and mix well.
  • Add a few drops of yellow food color to another part and mix well.
  • Add a few drops of green food color to the remaining part and mix well.
  • Take a square or rectangular tray and grease it with butter or ghee.
  • Pour the pink mixture into the tray and spread it evenly.
  • Pour the yellow mixture on top of the pink mixture and spread it evenly.
  • Finally, pour the green mixture on top of the yellow mixture and spread it evenly.
  • Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Use a knife to make square or diamond-shaped pieces.
  • Let it cool completely before serving.
