  • 4 hard-boiled eggs

  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander leaves, chopped (for garnishing)

  • Begin by boiling the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Let them cool before peeling and setting them aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, and oil. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Once the marinade is ready, add the boiled eggs to the mixture, making sure they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and marinate the eggs for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease a baking tray with oil and place the eggs on it. Reserve the marinade.
  • Bake the eggs for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Flip the eggs halfway through the cooking process to ensure they cook evenly.
  • While the eggs are baking, pour the reserved marinade into a saucepan and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the thickened marinade over them. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
